This project is an essential part of our ongoing garage conversion, where we encountered the need to cut back the eaves to create sufficient space in compliance with city code regulations concerning the distance from both the building and the fence. Following this, we proceeded to install blocking, along with new gutters and drain spouts, to ensure proper water drainage and maintain the integrity of the structure.
